Was ist ein DJ-Set-Planner?

Ein DJ-Set-Planner ist ein Werkzeug, das aus einer Sammlung von Titeln den Ablauf eines Abends macht: Er teilt die Spielzeit in Phasen, ordnet jedem Titel eine Phase nach Tempo und Genre zu und sagt vorher, für welche Phase noch Material fehlt. Anders als eine Playlist, die nur eine Reihenfolge festhält, plant er den Verlauf des Abends.

Brauche ich Spotify Premium?

Für den eigenen Zugang ja. Deine Gäste brauchen nichts weiter als den Link zur gemeinsamen Playlist.

Spielt die Anwendung Musik ab?

Ganze Titel nicht. Gespielt wird in rekordbox von den eigenen Dateien. Anhörbar sind hier die kurzen Ausschnitte, die iTunes neben einem Kaufangebot bereitstellt.

Was passiert mit meinen Daten bei Spotify?

Die Verbindung läuft im Browser mit dem eigenen Zugang. Das Spotify-Token erreicht unsere Server nicht.

Kann ich monatlich kündigen?

Beim Monatstarif ja, mit einem Knopf, ohne Anmeldung und ohne Begründung. Der Jahrestarif läuft zwölf Monate und wird bis vier Wochen vor Ablauf gekündigt; danach läuft er monatlich weiter. Der erste Monat ist bei beiden kostenlos.

What you get

Access to a web application for planning the arc of a music evening: phases, track assignment, tempo and key progression, output as a Spotify playlist or a rekordbox M3U file. Access lasts as long as the contract does; the software stays on our server.

No music is played, transferred or stored. You bring your own Spotify account — you create your own application in Spotify's developer area and accept Spotify's terms directly with Spotify. A Spotify Premium account is required for the connection.

What it costs

EUR 5.00 per month or EUR 50.00 per year, VAT included, the same gross price throughout the EU. Payment through Stripe only.

The first month is free in both plans. Nothing is charged until it ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.

How long it runs, and how to stop

Monthly plan: no minimum term. Cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for.
Yearly plan: twelve months minimum. Cancel up to four weeks before it ends.
After the year, it does not renew for another year. It continues on the monthly price — currently EUR 5.00 — and becomes cancellable at any time. You are reminded by e-mail before the year ends.

Cancel through the cancellation button. It works without logging in, and you get a confirmation by e-mail with the date and time it arrived.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer — a natural person acting outside a trade or profession — you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of concluding it, without giving reasons. Use the withdrawal button, or write to us in any clear form.

In practice you owe nothing for the period used: the first month is free and outlasts the fourteen days.

The statutory instruction reproduces an official German model text word for word. Its meaning depends on that wording, so it is not translated here. See section 18 of the Geschäftsbedingungen.

What happens to your data

Everything runs on servers in Germany, at Alfahosting; mail goes through IONOS. Both process under a data processing agreement and within the EU. Payments go through Stripe in Ireland, with onward transfer to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Phase suggestions are produced by language models — Anthropic in Ireland or Mistral in France. Four things travel with the request: the occasion, the duration, the start time and the free text you type under „Wünsche". No tracks, no artists, no playlists. Training on your data is contractually excluded.

Reach counting uses Plausible: no cookies, no IP addresses, no profiles, and therefore no cookie banner.

Taking your data with you

Under Abo & Vertrag there is a button that downloads everything your account holds — JSON for the whole account, plus a CSV table per event. Free, as often as you like, no request needed. It stays available for 30 days after the contract ends.

What the export contains, in what format, and what the known limits of moving to another provider are, is set out in the register of data structures and formats. That page is in German, but it is the most technical of the four and the field names in it are English.

Liability, in short

Unlimited for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where German product liability law applies. For ordinary negligence, only where an essential contractual duty is breached, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Beyond that, excluded.

Disputes

German law applies. If you are a consumer, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of habitual residence. We are not obliged to take part in consumer arbitration proceedings and do not do so.
